This is a picture postcard of the Sunday School Walks, taken at the junction of brook road and flixton road near the bird in hand pub. On the right side of the picture is where Brook Road Library was built - apparently there used to be a large rock boulder at the front, near the footpath. I think this is the same rock that is now on display at brook road/flixton road. The cottage on the left still stands today (I haven't checked but this is what I'm told). Rose Cottage?
