Come along to Humphrey Park Community Centre on Tuesday mornings at 9.45 - 10.45 for a fun and effective hula hoop aerobics class.
We use Adult sized, weighted hoops for a good, low / medium impact workout and then spend some time learning tricks and moves to wow our friends with.
No worries if you've never hooped before we'll show you how to get going (I learnt when I was 35).
Hooping builds core strength, develops coordination and tones the whole body and is amazingly effective at targetting excess around the waist and stomach (esp mummy tummys, christmas bulge).
Wear comfortable clothing, we provide the hula hoops.
Classes are £5.00 per session, no need to book in advance or £50 for a term (12 sessions).

As seen by the name of the group we are all amateurs. Our ages range from 16 to 84 and we enjoy performing plays and pantomimes. We generally put on three to four productions a year and the parts are open to any one who is initerested. We recently acquired a new member through this website - one David Bramwell who has shown great talent in set design. We could do with more people with a special talent or skill or hobby that will fit in with the constant needs of production. We meet every Thursday to play read or rehearse, have a cuppa and a chat and often end up in the pub afterwards. We are a very sociable group and would welcome any new member. We are also members of the Greater Manchester Drama Federation and affiliated to Trafford Arts.
